Terms and Conditions

By using any of the Drop Capital images available from www.dropcapitals.com, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant

Number of Users: Jason Lewis grants to you only, the Licensee, the non-exclusive, nontransferable right to use and display any of the drop capital images purchased from www.dropcapitals.com, on one or more of YOUR OWN personal or commercial websites.

Third Parties: If you are designing a website for a third party, a separate license will need to be sought by making an additional purchase for the drop capital images to be used on the third party website.

Backups: You may make one (1) copy of the drop capital images you purchase from DropCapitals.com, solely for backup purposes. Provided the copyright notice is reproduced in it's entirety on the backup copy.

Modifications: You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the images available from www.dropcapitals.com, without prior written consent from Jason Lewis.

Copyright

All the images and accompanying materials made available on DropCapitals.com are protected by Copyright Jason Lewis 2005. Unauthorized copying of the drop capital images and or the written materials, is expressly forbidden. You may be held legally responsible for any infringement of the intellectual property rights that is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of this agreement.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. This Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Jason Lewis if you fail to comply with any provision contained herein. Upon termination, you must destroy the drop capital images, the written materials, and all copies of them, in part and in whole.

This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning this license between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. It may be amended only by a writing executed by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United Kingdom..
